The same family recipes and fresh ingredients that made us a Lake Havasu favorite, tailored to your group’s size, preferences, and budget.

Menu Styles Available:

Plated Dinner

Each guest chooses from 2-3 pre-selected entrées. Best for formal events, corporate dinners, and anniversaries.

Family-Style

Platters served to the table for sharing. Best for birthdays, reunions, and casual celebrations. This is how the Marquez family eats — and it’s how most of our hosts prefer it.

Buffet

Self-serve stations for larger groups or events with flexible timing. Works well for open-house receptions and celebrations of life.

Appetizers & Small Bites

Passed or stationed appetizers for cocktail-style events, networking mixers, and happy hours.

Dietary Accommodations:

We recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance for weekday events and 4-6 weeks for weekends, especially during Lake Havasu’s peak season (October through April). Holiday dates: Thanksgiving, Christmas, Valentine’s Day, New Year’s Eve — book out fastest. The earlier you call, the more flexibility you’ll have with dates and menu options. After you confirm your date, Jesse or Lisa will sit down with you (in person or by phone) to build your custom menu. You’ll choose a service style: plated, family-style, buffet, or appetizers; then select specific dishes from our full kitchen. We can accommodate dietary restrictions and allergies. You’ll receive a written proposal with itemized pricing before you commit to anything.

Yes. We finalize your guest count and menu selections 3 days before your event. Changes before that deadline are no problem. After the cutoff, we’ll do our best to accommodate adjustments, but some changes may affect pricing.

Yes, bring whatever you’d like. Birthday cakes, custom desserts, cupcakes, and pan dulce from your favorite bakery are all welcome. We’ll plate and serve it for your group at no extra charge. Just let us know ahead of time so we can have plates, utensils, and fridge space ready. If you’d rather skip the outside dessert, our kitchen makes churros, flan, and sopapillas that pair perfectly with Jesse’s Cadillac Margarita

Our private dining room comfortably seats up to 40 guests. We can arrange the room with one long banquet table for a seated dinner, multiple round tables for a cocktail-style event, or a mixed layout, depending on your event.

Fully private. The room has its own entrance and a closed door; once your event starts, it’s completely separate from the main restaurant. You’ll have dedicated service staff, and no other diners will share the space.

Lake Havasu’s peak event season runs from October through April, when snowbirds and seasonal residents are in town and temperatures are comfortable. Spring break (March) and holiday weeks book fastest. Summer events (June-September) are popular in the evening when it cools down, so you’ll have an easier time securing your preferred date. Our private dining room is fully air-conditioned, so indoor events are comfortable year-round.

We’re located at 150 Swanson Ave on Restaurant Row in Lake Havasu City, one of the most recognized dining strips in town. Parking is available on Swanson Ave and the surrounding streets. For larger events (30+ guests), we recommend letting your guests know to arrive a few minutes early to find parking.
